We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Al Ain. Location and Compensation

The offered salary is up to AED 5000, depending on qualifications and experience. Educational Qualifications

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field will be considered an advantage. Candidates with additional certifications in HR practices or labor law will have a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior HR Officer will support various HR operations such as employee onboarding and offboarding, record maintenance, HR documentation, and payroll support. The role also involves assisting in the implementation of company policies, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Effective communication, both verbal and written, will be essential to fulfill daily HR duties.

Desired Skills and Competencies

We are looking for candidates who possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software is expected. An understanding of recruitment processes, employee engagement, and conflict resolution techniques will also be highly valued.
