Job Description

Role Overview: The Junior HR Executive role supports the HR department by managing essential administrative tasks, assisting in employee coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between teams, contributing to a well-structured and supportive work environment across the hotel operations.

Talent Support: This position plays a key role in assisting the recruitment team with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining communication with applicants, and supporting the onboarding process to ensure new employees experience a professional and welcoming start.

Workplace Engagement: The role focuses on nurturing a positive work culture by helping HR implement engagement activities, addressing employee concerns professionally, and supporting initiatives that enhance overall team morale within the hospitality environment.

Administrative Assistance: This role requires managing HR documents, updating internal systems, organizing staff files, preparing forms, and ensuring all paperwork is complete, accurate, and aligned with company policies and hospitality industry standards.

Daily HR Coordination: The Junior HR Executive assists with employee attendance records, leave monitoring, shift-related updates, policy communication, and supporting supervisors with HR-related needs, ensuring all operations remain efficient and well-coordinated.

Compliance & Record Keeping: This position maintains secure and updated HR records, ensures confidentiality of employee information, and provides support in preparing internal reports, audits, and compliance-related documentation as required by UAE hospitality regulations.
