Key Responsibilities
As a Junior HR Executive, your primary role will involve supporting core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor law. You will assist in maintaining accurate HR records, updating employee files, supporting payroll coordination, and facilitating communication between employees and management to ensure a positive work environment.
Required Experience and Skills
Applicants must have 2–4 years of experience in a corporate HR setting, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of HR operations, HRIS systems, and best practices in employee management. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded and prioritized.
Technical Proficiency
The ideal candidate must have excellent IT and administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software. Knowledge of SAP systems is considered a strong advantage, as is the ability to handle HR-related data, generate reports, and streamline digital HR workflows. Strong tech skills will be essential for success in this role.
Educational Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is mandatory for this position. Candidates must also be capable of demonstrating practical application of HR theories in real business settings. HR certifications or additional training in employment law or organizational development would be considered beneficial.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
This role demands impeccable communication and interpersonal abilities. The HR Executive will interact daily with employees at all levels, requiring diplomacy, discretion, and empathy. A professional and approachable demeanor is crucial in supporting workplace culture and resolving any personnel issues efficiently.
Work Environment and Availability
The role is based in Abu Dhabi and applicants must be currently residing in the UAE. You should be open and willing to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment, where adaptability and resilience are key to success. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or on short notice.
