Al Farah Gourmet is seeking an enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to support our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This on-site role is perfect for HR professionals looking to develop their expertise within the thriving F&B industry.

Recruitment & Onboarding

You will manage the full employee lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Your role will involve coordinating interviews, conducting orientations, and preparing employment documentation.

HR Operations

Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR databases will be central to your responsibilities. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Employee Relations

Acting as the first point of contact for staff inquiries, you'll foster positive workplace relationships. Your communication skills will help resolve queries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace matters.

Payroll Support

You'll assist in processing monthly payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking. Your precision will contribute to accurate and timely salary disbursements.

Training Coordination

The role involves organizing staff training sessions and tracking development programs. Your coordination will ensure employees receive necessary skills enhancement.

HR Projects

You'll contribute to initiatives like employee engagement surveys and HR process improvements. Your fresh perspective will help enhance our workplace culture.

Candidate Profile

We require:

• 2-3 years UAE HR experience
• Knowledge of UAE labor law
• Degree in HR/Business Administration
• Strong organizational skills
• Arabic language skills preferred
