Junior HR Administrator

Job Description

Employee Onboarding and Documentation: As a Junior HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing the onboarding process of new employees. This includes preparing employment contracts, ensuring all legal and compliance documents are submitted, and guiding employees through their initial days in the company. A focus on detail and accuracy is essential as you will be responsible for maintaining complete employee records.

Payroll and Attendance Management: You will assist the HR team in maintaining accurate attendance records and coordinating with the payroll department. Ensuring timely updates, managing leave requests, and supporting salary processing are key responsibilities. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple processes simultaneously.

Recruitment and Selection Support: The Junior HR Administrator will support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and updating recruitment trackers. You will also work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to hiring.

Employee Engagement and Communication: A part of your role will be to maintain clear communication with employees regarding HR policies, announcements, and events. You will help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Compliance and HR Policies: You will ensure that all HR practices adhere to UAE labor laws and company policies. This includes updating HR documents, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, and supporting audits when required. Accuracy and compliance awareness are crucial in this role.

Career Growth and Development Support: In this position, you will also assist with training coordination and development programs. Your role will involve preparing training schedules, maintaining training records, and ensuring employees have access to the resources they need for career growth.
