Job Description

Position Overview

The Junior HR Admin Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the HR department's daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their career in Human Resources within the F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team in daily operations

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Support the full recruitment cycle, including:

Coordinating interview schedules

Preparing and sending offer letters

Managing communication with candidates

Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Create and maintain HR-related documentation, reports, and presentations

Assist in benefits administration and employee communications

Handle general HR inquiries from employees

Support HR initiatives and special projects as needed

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

0-2 years of experience in HR administration or similar role

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations preferred

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly:

Excel

Word

PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Superior organizational and time management abilities

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
