About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Executive Assistant/Administrator to join a prestigious global law firm in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with 2–3 years of corporate work experience, preferably within a professional services or legal environment, to support a dynamic team in a fast-paced, international setting.
As a Junior EA/Admin, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, providing high-level administrative support, and contributing to the efficiency of the firm. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and team members.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
Maintain and organize files, records, and databases efficiently.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
Assist with event coordination, including meetings, conferences, and client engagements.
Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the team.
Requirements:
2–3 years of corporate work experience, preferably within a professional services or law firm environment.
Proven experience in administration or executive support roles.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native English speakers preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
