Job Overview: Tech Precast, a leading name in the UAE’s precast concrete industry, is currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and tendering processes for various precast construction projects.

Core Responsibilities: The Junior Estimator / QS will support the preparation of project estimates, assist in evaluating material and labor requirements, and ensure that all cost data aligns with project budgets and specifications. You’ll collaborate with engineers and project managers to prepare accurate pricing structures for bids and ongoing works.

Technical Expertise: Candidates must have a strong background in the precast industry, with knowledge of precast concrete components, production cycles, and installation procedures. Experience with technical drawings, BOQs, and cost management systems is essential to excel in this role.

Project Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to collect cost data, verify quantities, and update estimation records. Your ability to manage multiple project estimates simultaneously will be key to maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Quality and Accuracy: The Junior Estimator / QS will ensure all estimation tasks meet internal standards for accuracy and completeness. You’ll verify data consistency, apply cost control measures, and identify potential savings opportunities across multiple projects.
