Job Description:

Sobha Constructions LLC is looking for a Junior Contracts Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and supporting project teams on contractual matters.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Contract Analysis:

Review and analyze contracts, identifying potential risks and specific requirements.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deliverables.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all contractual agreements and amendments.

Collect and handle "contemporary records" and documents from relevant teams.

Claims Management:

Assess and prepare responses to claims from suppliers/subcontractors.

Support and Guidance:

Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Technical Skills:

Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Excellent verbal and writing skills, with experience in drafting contractual letters and responses.

Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of project-based insurances and bank guarantees.

Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in contracting companies as a Contract Administrator/Engineer/Quantity Surveyor (QS).
