Role Overview – Auto Pulse Technologies FZC is hiring a Junior Accountant for a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. This position is ideal for entry-level accounting professionals with foundational accounting expertise, automotive technology industry knowledge, and the ability to support accounting operations effectively, assist with financial records, learn accounting procedures, support financial reporting, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic automotive technology company.

Financial Transaction Recording – You will record financial transactions by entering data into accounting systems, classifying transactions properly, and maintaining transaction accuracy under supervision. You will ensure accurate transaction processing and comprehensive financial records. You should maintain transaction recording proficiency.

General Ledger Support – You will assist in managing the general ledger by recording transactions under guidance, ensuring account classification, supporting reconciliations, and verifying balances. You will review transaction postings, support investigations of discrepancies, and help ensure the general ledger accurately reflects company operations. You should develop general ledger management skills.

Accounts Receivable Assistance – You will assist with accounts receivable by processing invoices, recording payments, maintaining customer account records, and tracking collections. You will prepare supporting documentation, monitor outstanding balances, and maintain accurate AR records. You should learn AR operations effectively.

Sales and Revenue Recording – You will assist with recording sales transactions by processing invoices, documenting sales, maintaining records, and supporting revenue tracking. You will help ensure accurate revenue documentation and support collection activities. You should develop sales accounting skills.

Automotive Sales Accounting – You will assist with automotive sales accounting by recording vehicle sales, tracking revenue, maintaining records, and supporting analysis. You will help accurately document automotive revenue. You should develop automotive sales accounting skills.

Accounts Payable Assistance – You will assist with accounts payable by processing supplier invoices, coordinating payment support, maintaining vendor information, and supporting payment processing. You will help optimize payment timing, verify invoice documentation, and maintain accurate payable records. You should learn AP operations effectively.
