Job Overview: Spartans Fitness is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Sharjah (Maleha Road). The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with UAE financial regulations. This position is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities: The Junior Accountant will handle accounts payable and receivable, record daily transactions, prepare financial statements, and assist in budgeting processes. The role also involves reconciling bank statements and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Financial Reporting: The accountant will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. These reports will include summaries of revenue, expenses, and cash flow, helping leadership make informed business decisions. Accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness are essential in this responsibility.

Payroll & Compliance Support: The candidate may assist in payroll processing, ensuring that salaries, benefits, and deductions are properly recorded. Compliance with UAE labor laws and financial regulations is critical, and the accountant will maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Tools & Software: Proficiency in Excel as an intermediate user is required, and knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar accounting software is an additional advantage. The candidate should be comfortable managing digital financial records and automating routine accounting tasks where possible.

Collaboration & Communication: The Junior Accountant will work closely with management, department heads, and external vendors to ensure financial accuracy. Effective communication and collaboration are essential for resolving discrepancies and maintaining strong professional relationships.
