Financial Record Management: The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This includes managing ledgers, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all transactions are correctly documented.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: You will process supplier invoices, track payments, and manage outstanding receivables. Timely follow-up with vendors and clients will be essential to maintain healthy cash flow for the organization.

Bank Reconciliation & Reporting: The role involves performing monthly bank reconciliations, verifying statements, and identifying discrepancies. You will also prepare periodic financial reports to support decision-making by the management team.

Expense & Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking expenses against budgets, ensuring cost control measures are followed. You will also help in preparing budget forecasts and financial analysis to identify potential risks and savings opportunities.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all accounting practices adhere to UAE financial regulations and company policies. You will maintain accurate documentation for audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
