About the Role:

INDEX Holding is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Jebel Ali. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 1–2 years of general accounting experience in the UAE. Key Responsibilities:

As the Junior Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing daily financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Your primary duties will include preparing and recording sales invoices, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate accounting records. You will also assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, support budget preparation, and perform additional general accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 1–2 years of general accounting experience in the UAE is required. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel, is a must.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely results.
