About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with real estate experience to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in the dynamic Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Process and maintain accurate financial records for real estate transactions

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports

Handle bank reconciliations and payment processing

Support senior accounting staff with various financial tasks

Monitor and record property-related expenses and revenues

Assist in rental payment tracking and documentation

Help maintain organized financial records and documentation

Required Qualifications

Prior accounting experience in real estate sector

Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills in English

Understanding of UAE accounting practices

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of property management software

Experience with real estate transactions and lease accounting

Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations

Arabic language skills (advantage)
