Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Accountants to join our Dubai office. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early career professionals who are passionate about accounting and eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily accounting operations and bookkeeping tasks

- Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices, bills, and bank statements

- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records

- Help with month-end and year-end closing procedures

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements

- Support senior team members in various accounting projects and tasks

- Participate in audit preparations and assist during audits

- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents

- Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and procedures

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a related role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

- Knowledge of UAE accounting practices is a plus but not required
