Duties & Responsibilities:

Implement Java 8 and above-based applications in a production environment with proven success.

Build robust REST APIs and micro-services using Java to ensure high performance and reliability.

Utilize the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, REST, JPA, Security, OAuth, etc., to develop scalable and secure backend solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

Follow best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application performance and user experience.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in creating and maintaining high performance, mission-critical backend applications.

Strong expertise in Java 8 and above, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

Proven track record of developing and deploying REST APIs and micro-services in a production environment.

Proficient in the Spring Framework, particularly Spring Boot, REST, JPA, Security, and OAuth.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
