Key Responsibilities:

As the IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. Your primary duties will include installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also manage user accounts, ensure data security, and implement backup and recovery procedures. Additionally, you will provide technical support to employees, resolve IT-related queries, and collaborate with external vendors when necessary.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT system administration is required. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), CompTIA Network+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and cybersecurity best practices is essential.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues efficiently. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective support to users.
