Key Responsibilities:

Cloud System Management: Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to maintain service uptime.

Security and Compliance: Ensure cloud systems adhere to security protocols and regulatory compliance requirements, implementing necessary safeguards.

Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies for cloud environments.

Upgrades and Updates: Manage system upgrades, patching, and updates to ensure systems are current and secure.

User Support: Provide technical support to users for cloud-based applications and resolve any system-related issues.

Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to implement new cloud technologies and improve existing systems.

Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of cloud infrastructure, system configurations, and processes.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator, with a focus on cloud systems.

Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in virtualization, network management, and cloud security.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator) are highly desirable.

Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address system issues promptly.

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within the team and with other departments.
