Position Overview:

TechMantra Global is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support with a focus on providing efficient solutions to technical issues. Immediate availability within 15 days is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and peripherals.

User Assistance:

Assist users with setting up new accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

Train users on basic IT functions and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of IT support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.

Generate reports on IT support activities, performance metrics, and trends for management review.

System Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, backups, and system optimizations.

Conduct regular checks on IT systems to ensure proper functioning and security compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience in IT support roles, with 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems, and software applications.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with users at all levels.

Immediate availability within 15 days is preferred.
