Join our team at New Auto FZCO as an IT Support Specialist, where you will play a vital role in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Your duties and responsibilities include:

Assisting in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

Supporting the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.

Ensuring the security and integrity of IT infrastructure and data.

Providing end-user support and training.

Assisting with IT documentation and asset management.

Candidate Profile:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

University certificate in Computer Engineering or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.

Familiarity with IT systems, software, and hardware.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and under supervision.
