Role: IT Support Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi- (Onsite)
Brief Description:
Log all the incoming requests in the service management tool.
Categorize the requests in a way that reflects the actual nature of the request.
Suggest and amend the category list to add any category items that is found to be more descriptive.
Write the request subject and description in an understandable language by the requester.
Ensure that the requester receives a request reference number before the phone call has ended.
Fill all the information in the request form with the relevant details.
