Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Professional to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hardware and software support, system administration, and ensuring all technology needs are met at our various venues. This position requires frequent site visits, making a valid UAE driving license essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure across multiple hospitality locations
Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and cloud-based systems
Administer and troubleshoot POS (Point of Sale), inventory management, and reservation software systems
Configure and deploy new equipment and systems as needed
Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
Monitor system performance and implement improvements when necessary
Manage user accounts and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding of employees
Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for IT solutions
Conduct regular site visits to all locations to perform maintenance and address issues
Document technical solutions and maintain IT knowledge base
Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in IT support or similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
Experience with hospitality systems (POS, reservation systems) preferred
Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS environments and Microsoft Office suite
Working knowledge of cloud services and solutions
Problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required
