About the Role:

Seazen Group is seeking a skilled IT Officer to provide comprehensive technical support across our organization. This hands-on position is ideal for IT professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and can ensure seamless technology operations.

Technical Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will manage hardware/software troubleshooting, network maintenance, and system updates. Your expertise will ensure minimal downtime while providing efficient technical solutions to end-users.

System Administration:

You will oversee user account management, email configurations, and data backup procedures. Your proactive approach will identify potential IT issues before they impact business operations.

Candidate Profile:

We require professionals with 2+ years of IT support experience and relevant technical certifications. Your background should demonstrate success in maintaining IT infrastructure and resolving technical challenges.

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in Windows/Mac environments, Active Directory, and basic network troubleshooting is essential. Experience with cloud platforms and cybersecurity protocols will be considered an advantage.
