Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for IT systems and infrastructure

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Respond to user support requests

Maintain IT equipment and networks

Assist with system installations and upgrades

Requirements:

Relevant educational background in IT

Technical support experience preferred

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication abilities
