Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Respond to service requests and incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions.

Manage, document, and uphold IT inventory across all regions.

Ensure all IT assets are accounted for and properly maintained.

Conduct regular audits of IT inventory and update records accordingly.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including system administrators and IT support, to meet business objectives and project deadlines.

Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on operations.

Provide on-call support as needed.

Utilize monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong knowledge of software and hardware, as well as related technology platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server 2008/R2 and 2012/R2, Active Directory, and Exchange administration.

Good understanding of core IT systems, installations, and applications.

Ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize workload effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
