IT Support Executive - Technical Operations: As an IT Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues. Your primary role will be to troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related problems while ensuring the smooth daily operation of the company’s IT infrastructure.
Technical Assistance and Troubleshooting: You will handle system installations, updates, and routine maintenance. This includes resolving network connectivity problems, managing user accounts, and providing assistance with company software tools.
System Monitoring and Security: You will support system performance monitoring and ensure that all devices meet IT security policies. You will work closely with vendors and the IT team to maintain system integrity and prevent disruptions.
Helpdesk Support: Managing helpdesk tickets efficiently, you will prioritize issues based on urgency and maintain documentation of all support activities. Your quick response and problem-solving skills will ensure minimal downtime for employees.
Hardware and Software Management: You will maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary, and assist with software license renewals and updates.
Collaboration and Teamwork: You will work alongside different departments to understand their technical needs and offer IT solutions that improve productivity. Strong communication and adaptability are essential in this role.
