Role Overview – ADMAC is looking for an IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience for immediate joining in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is ideal for Arabic speaking candidates who can provide technical support for hardware, software, network issues, printers, photocopy machine configuration and fixing, and site-related IT support.

Technical Support Provision – You will provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues by troubleshooting problems, resolving user issues, answering IT queries, providing guidance, and ensuring users can work productively with their IT equipment and applications.

System Installation and Configuration – You will install and configure computer systems and applications including setting up new workstations, installing operating systems, configuring software applications, setting up user accounts, and ensuring systems are ready for user operation.

Troubleshooting – You will troubleshoot system, network, and office/site IT equipment problems by diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, implementing solutions, performing repairs or replacements, and ensuring all IT equipment functions properly.

Printer and Photocopier Support – You will provide printer and photocopy machine configuration and fixing including installing printers, configuring settings, troubleshooting printing issues, performing maintenance, replacing consumables, and ensuring printing equipment operates reliably.

File Sharing and Backup Management – You will manage file sharing and backups using Google Drive or cloud storage tools by configuring shared drives, managing access permissions, ensuring data is backed up properly, and supporting users with cloud storage needs.

Site IT Support – You will handle site-related IT issues by providing on-site support, addressing location-specific technical problems, supporting remote or branch offices, and ensuring IT services are maintained across multiple sites or locations.

Network Support – You will provide basic network support including troubleshooting connectivity issues, configuring network settings, supporting Wi-Fi problems, and ensuring users can access network resources.

User Support and Training – You will support users by explaining solutions, providing basic training, documenting issues and resolutions, and ensuring users understand how to use IT systems effectively.

IT Support Experience – Proven experience in IT Support is required. You should have hands-on experience providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and supporting users in business environments.

Networking Knowledge – Basic knowledge of networking including LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, network troubleshooting, and connectivity issues is required for providing network support.

Windows OS Knowledge – Knowledge of Windows operating systems including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support is essential for desktop support responsibilities.

Printer and Photocopier Knowledge – Knowledge of printers and photocopiers including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance is required for supporting printing equipment.

Google Drive and Cloud Familiarity – Familiarity with Google Drive or cloud platforms including file sharing, permissions, backup management, and cloud storage support is important for managing modern file storage solutions..
