Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users in person, via phone, email, and remote assistance.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide timely resolution.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, printers, and related equipment.

Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.

Ensure security and privacy of systems and networks.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to applications and systems.

Document technical procedures and solutions for reference purposes.

Collaborate with IT team members to improve processes and systems.

Candidate Profile:

Must be currently located in the UAE.
