Salary: SAR 6000-7000 per month

Job Description:

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of IT Support to join our team in Jubail and Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The IT Support role involves providing technical assistance and support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripherals.

3. Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

4. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and other network devices.

5. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups, updates, and patches.

6. Respond to IT support requests and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.

7. Document and maintain records of IT support activities, including resolutions and solutions.

8. Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on IT-related topics and software applications.

9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT trends to provide proactive support and recommendations.

10. Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to implement IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in a corporate environment.

3. Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

4. Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.

5. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and collaboration tools.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

9. Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

10. Saudi nationals or candidates with valid residency and work permits in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
