Role Overview: McDonald's Qatar is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, ensuring robust cybersecurity measures are in place, and overseeing cloud services. This position requires immediate joining and a transferable visa in Qatar.

Network Infrastructure Management: You will manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, wireless networks, routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Cybersecurity Implementation and Monitoring: You will implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and systems from threats, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and security audits.

Cloud Services Management (Microsoft Azure Expertise): You will manage and administer the organization's cloud services, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure, including deployment, configuration, monitoring, and optimization of cloud resources.

Troubleshooting and Support: You will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.

System Administration: You will perform system administration tasks, including user account management, email configuration, and system updates.

Documentation and Reporting: You will create and maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure, security protocols, and cloud configurations. You will also generate reports on system performance and security status.

Vendor Management: You may be required to liaise with IT vendors and service providers.

Immediate Joining and Transferable Visa: This position requires a candidate who can join immediately and possesses a transferable visa in Qatar.
