Duties & Responsibilities:

Dicetek LLC is looking for an experienced IT Sourcing Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT strategic sourcing, category management, and the ability to utilize big data and analytics for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Commodities Management: Manage sourcing and procurement of IT commodities, including software, hardware, annual maintenance, cloud services, and IT professional services.

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Contract Management: Review and understand IT Statements of Work (SOW) and master agreements to ensure compliance and alignment with business needs.

Data Analysis: Utilize big data and analytics to inform sourcing decisions and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Automation Implementation: Implement Power BI reports and PowerApps for automation to enhance efficiency and streamline procurement processes.

Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and best practices in IT sourcing.

Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Experience & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in IT strategic sourcing and category management.

IT Commodities: Strong experience in sourcing IT commodities, including software, hardware, cloud services, and IT professional services.

Contract Knowledge: Ability to review and understand IT Statements of Work (SOW) and master agreements.

Data Analytics: Proficiency in utilizing big data and analytics for informed decision-making.

Automation Tools: Experience in implementing Power BI reports and PowerApps for process automation.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

Vendor Management: Proven experience in managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
