Job Description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Aura Systems is seeking candidates for the position of IT Sales Executive specializing in mobility, scanning, barcoding, POS systems, and related accessories and consumables. The role involves cold calling and providing the sales team with detailed customer information reports.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong business relationships with current suppliers and clients.

Schedule appointments with prospects/clients for the sales team.

Generate new business for the company’s products and services.

Create and send proposals based on client requirements.

Keep track of demo units issued and maintain responsibility for them.

Provide comprehensive support to the admin team.

Analyze market potential.

Conduct regular business visits and client presentations as needed.

Assist in resolving customer satisfaction issues.

Travel to client locations to initiate, continue, or close sales deals as required.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including:

Lead generation

Lead evaluation

Converting leads to prospects

Conducting Proof of Concept (POC) if needed

Preparing and presenting proposals

Negotiating and finalizing sales

Coordinating with the delivery team for equipment delivery

Ensuring invoicing and payment collection

Provide daily and weekly reports.

Attend and complete online courses conducted by principals periodically.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

Experience in UAE/GCC is preferred.

Driving license is preferred.

Strong communication skills.

Minimum education: Graduation required.

Willingness to travel within UAE/GCC for sales-related work and other organizational activities.

Salary:

AED 3,500 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Additional benefits: Commissions, Visa, Insurance, Phone, and SIM card.
