About the Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and client needs, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to design and present compelling IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and prepare technical submittals, comprehensive solutions designs, and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the IT division and across other departments to create integrated solutions

Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and solution providers

Participate in technical training programs to stay current with emerging technologies

Create and deliver technical presentations to potential clients

Attend client meetings and technical discussions as required

Drive the pre-sales process from initial technical assessment through solution design

Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle

Required Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 8 years of total experience in various technical IT roles

At least 3 years of IT Pre-Sales experience specifically in Kuwait

Demonstrated track record of designing competitive solutions and delivering successful technical and financial submittals

Technical Skills

Comprehensive knowledge of various IT solutions and services

Strong understanding of current technology trends and market developments

Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear client proposals

Experience in solution architecture and design

Personal Skills

Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic (fluency required)

Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence clients effectively

Excellent teamwork capabilities and collaborative mindset

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Strong project management and organizational skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Current residence in Kuwait

Relevant technical certifications

Experience with multiple vendor technologies and platforms

Previous experience in the Middle East market
