Job Description / Role

As an IT Sales Consultant at Alcon, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to promote SD-WAN solutions across the UAE market. You will identify and target potential clients, including enterprises, service providers, and channel partners, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote SD-WAN solutions in the UAE.

Identify and target potential clients, including enterprises, service providers, and channel partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and partners.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in selling SD-WAN or similar networking solutions.

Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE market, including key industries, competitors, and market dynamics.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technology and its applications.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Networking: Established network of contacts within the UAE market, particularly in the technology and telecommunications sectors.

Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Experience working with enterprise customers and large-scale projects.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to travel within the UAE as required.

Salary: AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
