eTeam is looking for an experienced and driven IT Recruiter to join their growing remote team and support hiring across the APAC and Australia markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned technical recruitment professional with strong knowledge of the Australian and APAC talent landscape who is ready to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and globally connected staffing organization.
In this role you will be responsible for managing end to end IT recruitment across the APAC and Australia markets, sourcing and engaging top technical talent through various channels, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high quality hires within competitive timeframes. You will leverage your deep understanding of the Australian and APAC IT job market to develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong candidate relationships, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will bring 2 to 3 or more years of experience in IT recruitment with a strong focus on the APAC and Australia markets. Proven expertise in sourcing technical talent, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment are essential requirements for this role. Comfort working in the Australian shift starting from 5:00 AM IST is a key requirement and candidates must be prepared to align their working hours accordingly.
