Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will specialize in tech talent acquisition, combining deep understanding of IT roles with excellent recruitment skills to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
Develop and execute recruiting strategies for technical positions
Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent
Attend tech recruitment events and job fairs
Leverage social media and professional networks for talent sourcing
Recruitment Process Management
Screen resumes and applications for IT positions
Conduct initial interviews and technical screening calls
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Schedule and coordinate technical interviews
Prepare offer letters and conduct salary negotiations
Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting
Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with tech talent pools
Network with IT professionals and communities
Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams
Engage with recruitment agencies when necessary
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on IT market trends and salary benchmarks
Monitor competitor hiring practices and packages
Research and implement best practices in tech recruitment
Track and analyze recruitment metrics
Provide market insights to management
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia
Proven track record of successful tech hiring
Strong understanding of IT roles and technical requirements
Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Language Requirements
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Arabic language skills preferred

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
