Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Projects Supervisor to join our client's growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of IT systems, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and supervise IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful project delivery

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates to management

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success

Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet established goals and standards

Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes

Conduct post-implementation evaluations to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and technical specifications

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery

Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT solutions

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud technologies

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification is a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Experience with budget management and resource allocation

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
