Job Description:

Create IT is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of IT projects for clients. The role involves working closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The IT Project Manager will handle projects from initial requirements gathering to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Develop and manage project plans and schedules.

Identify and manage project risks.

Manage project budgets and resources.

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Track project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identify and implement process improvements.

Mentor and develop project team members.

IT Systems and Infrastructure:

Design, implement, and support various IT systems and infrastructure technologies, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, cloud computing, and security.

Maintain and support existing IT systems, including installing and configuring updates and patches.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT systems and infrastructure issues, including performance issues, security incidents, and customer support during outages.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform capacity planning and performance tuning.

Document and track all support tickets.

Provide procedural documentation and reports for process standardization.

Comply with company policies and procedures.

Stay up-to-date on the latest IT project management methodologies and best practices.

Undertake other tasks and duties as necessary.

Requirements:

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Extensive knowledge of computer network components, design, security, virtualization, and automation.

Experience with VPN, remote support tools, PBX, and CCTV systems.

Knowledge of IT security best practices and ITSM tools and processes.

Customer-focused attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.

Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Certifications in PMP or ITIL are a plus.

Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus.

Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion.

Comprehensive experience with various IT infrastructure and systems, including Windows, Linux, macOS, computer hardware, and peripherals.

IT certifications validating skills in managing and supporting computer networks and cloud solutions.
