Role Overview

Deluxe Holiday Homes is hiring an IT Network and Systems Administrator in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for IT professionals with proven experience in network administration and systems management, strong technical troubleshooting skills, infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to manage IT systems, maintain networks, support users, and ensure reliable technology operations across the organization.

Network Infrastructure Management

Manage network infrastructure by administering LAN/WAN networks, configuring routers and switches, maintaining network connectivity, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring reliable network operations across all office locations.

Server Administration and Management

Administer servers by managing Windows and Linux servers, configuring server roles, maintaining Active Directory, managing user accounts and permissions, ensuring server security, performing updates and patches, and maintaining reliable server infrastructure.

System Monitoring and Maintenance

Monitor and maintain IT systems by tracking system performance, identifying issues proactively, performing preventive maintenance, implementing updates, managing backups, and ensuring optimal system availability and performance.

User Support and Helpdesk

Provide user support by responding to IT helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with technical problems, configuring user devices, providing technical guidance, and ensuring end-user productivity.
