About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals to enhance operational efficiency.

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery plans are up-to-date and effective.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business processes and productivity.

Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues.

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management or a similar leadership role.

Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus.
