Key Responsibilities:

Software Management: Oversee the management, configuration, and deployment of business software systems, including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the IT team responsible for business software, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and smooth project execution.

Project Management: Coordinate and execute software implementation projects, upgrades, and integrations within timelines and budget.

Vendor Management: Liaise with software vendors and external service providers to ensure effective solutions and support.

System Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize business software systems to improve efficiency, performance, and user experience.

Troubleshooting: Manage the resolution of software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Security and Compliance: Ensure that all software systems comply with security protocols and regulatory standards.

Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to end-users, enhancing their productivity with the business software tools.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing business software systems, with a proven track record of leading successful software implementations.

Technical Skills: Expertise in ERP, CRM, and other enterprise software solutions.

Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Project Management: Proficient in IT project management, with excellent organizational skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve software-related challenges.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in business software systems and project management are an advantage.
