Key Responsibilities:

Assist IT team with day-to-day technical support tasks

Participate in IT infrastructure maintenance and monitoring

Support helpdesk and end-user technical support

Collaborate with senior IT professionals on various projects

Learn and contribute to network, systems, and cybersecurity initiatives

Document technical processes and support workflows

Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Qualifications:

Strong foundational knowledge of IT principles

Basic understanding of computer systems and networks

Technical Skills:
