Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated IT Help Desk professional to join our Development Team in Nasr City.

Daily Responsibilities: You will serve as the first point of contact for IT support, handling incoming queries, and resolving hardware/software issues.

Support Operations: Assist in setting up devices, installing required software, and ensuring smooth connectivity across the office.

Ticketing & Troubleshooting: Manage support tickets and provide efficient troubleshooting and follow-up support to internal users.

System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining internal systems and ensuring optimal performance of basic network infrastructure.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the IT department and report on recurring technical issues to help improve processes.
