IT Executive Role: The IT Executive will be responsible for managing the daily IT operations at Feras Sweets, ensuring that the company’s technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a highly proactive individual who can troubleshoot technical issues, maintain systems, and support staff with their IT-related needs.

System Administration & Maintenance: The candidate will manage hardware and software installations, updates, and system configurations. This includes ensuring the smooth running of desktop systems, servers, and networks, while performing regular checks to maintain system stability and minimize downtime.

Network Management: The IT Executive will oversee the company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure, Wi-Fi networks, and internet connectivity. The role involves monitoring network security, implementing firewalls, and resolving connectivity issues to guarantee reliable access across all departments.

Data Security & Backup: The candidate will ensure robust data security policies are in place, including antivirus protection, firewalls, and data backup systems. Regular testing of disaster recovery processes and safeguarding sensitive company and financial information is a key part of this role.

Technical Support & Training: A major focus of this role is providing end-user support for staff members. The IT Executive will handle troubleshooting, resolve software and hardware problems, and train employees on IT best practices to improve productivity and reduce recurring issues.

IT Projects & Innovation: Beyond daily support, the IT Executive will also participate in company-wide IT projects, such as implementing ERP systems, upgrading servers, or adopting new digital tools. The role requires someone who can bring innovative IT solutions that align with the company’s growth.
