We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our organization's information technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth technological operations, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management

Oversee the company's entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and communication systems

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's business objectives

Manage and maintain hardware and software systems

Ensure system security and data protection

Technology Support and Operations

Provide technical support to all departments

Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT-related issues

Manage IT help desk and user support services

Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers

Systems and Network Security

Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments

Develop and enforce IT security policies

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Strategic Technology Planning

Research and recommend new technologies to improve business efficiency

Lead digital transformation initiatives

Develop and manage IT budgets

Plan and execute technology upgrade projects

Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Master's degree preferred

Relevant IT certifications (CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA, etc.) are advantageous

Professional Experience

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management roles

Proven track record in IT infrastructure management

Experience in shipping or logistics industry is a significant plus

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage IT teams

Technical Skills

Comprehensive knowledge of:

Network infrastructure and management

Cloud computing technologies

Cybersecurity principles

Enterprise software systems

Hardware and software troubleshooting
