Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated IT Desktop Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. If you have strong technical support experience and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage desktops, laptops, tablets, handheld scanners, document scanners, re-weigh equipment, and smart devices. Provide 2nd level technical support to end users and manage service desk tickets effectively.

IT Support and Service Desk Management: Take full ownership of helpdesk calls and email communications. Manage, assign, and follow up on service desk tickets with global teams until final resolution.

AV and Meeting Room Support: Offer technical support for AV equipment in meeting rooms, ensuring smooth operation during meetings and events. 

Vendor and Procurement Coordination: Communicate with external vendors to define requirements and place orders via procurement portals for IT equipment and services. 

Technical Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including M365 and Windows 10, and provide effective software and applications support. Experience with AVAYA SIP telephone systems setup and troubleshooting is required.

Remote and On-Site Support: Provide remote troubleshooting support via telephone, WhatsApp, or physical site visits to resolve user issues promptly and efficiently.
