Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and tech-savvy IT Coordinator to support our growing educational institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing a wide range of IT systems and providing support to staff and faculty in an academic environment.

Core Responsibilities: The IT Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and managing IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of the school's hardware and software infrastructure, and addressing network-related issues efficiently and promptly.

Network and System Management: You will oversee the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of computer networks and systems. This includes regular troubleshooting, hardware support, and ensuring all devices are secure and up to date with the latest software patches.

Technical Support: Your role will involve providing day-to-day technical support to teachers, administrators, and other non-technical staff, resolving issues with software, projectors, printers, and classroom technology tools.

Educational Tech Tools: Familiarity with school management systems such as LMS platforms and attendance/assessment software is important. You will be expected to maintain these platforms and support their use in daily school operations.

User Training & Documentation: You will conduct training sessions for staff on basic IT practices, software usage, and cybersecurity awareness. Keeping clear documentation of IT processes, licenses, and configurations will also be required.
