Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain hotel IT infrastructure

Provide technical support to hotel departments

Troubleshoot computer systems and network issues

Ensure smooth operation of technology systems

Coordinate IT-related projects and implementations

Maintain hardware and software systems

Support guest and staff technological needs

Requirements:

Strong IT technical skills

Experience in hospitality IT support

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Good communication skills

Immediate availability

Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
