Duties & Responsibilities:

Process Documentation:

Expertly document process maps, user journeys, and key insights from extensive data.

Create executive reports to support decision-making processes.

ERP Expertise:

Strong understanding of ERP systems, specifically Oracle, Dynamics 365 (Preferred), or SAP.

Functionally knowledgeable in the Finance domain, Procurement domain, and Automotive industry (including Sales, After Sales, and Spare Parts).

Tools Proficiency:

Exceptional skills in MIRO Board, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.

Business Collaboration:

Collaborate with business users to probe and understand requirements.

Challenge and offer process/solution recommendations to enhance business requirements before capturing them.

Typical BA KPIs:

Requirement gathering, user training, test data preparation, and user administration.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Proven expertise in documenting and analyzing business processes.

Strong background in ERP systems, with a preference for Dynamics 365.

Functional experience in the Finance and Procurement domains, and the Automotive industry.

Skills:

Proficiency in MIRO Board, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with business users and stakeholders.

Ability to summarize key insights from large datasets and create executive-level reports.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
