Role Overview

Position Summary – Coca-Cola in we're looking for an IT Business Analyst for Commercial to support our Sales and Commercial teams by translating business needs into effective technology and data solutions. If you have experience working closely with Commercial stakeholders, improving processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Business Requirements Analysis – You will work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to understand their business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Conducting stakeholder interviews, documenting processes, and identifying opportunities for technology-driven improvements.

Technology Solutions – Bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities. Evaluating technology options, designing solutions that address commercial requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of systems that support sales and distribution operations.

Data Solutions – Enabling data-driven decision-making by implementing analytics solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools. Working with data teams to ensure commercial stakeholders have access to timely, accurate information that supports strategic decisions.

Process Improvement – Analyzing existing commercial processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements. Implementing workflow optimizations, automation opportunities, and system enhancements that increase productivity and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management – Building strong relationships with Commercial stakeholders including sales managers, distribution teams, and leadership. Understanding their priorities, managing expectations, and ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives.

Project Coordination – Managing IT projects from requirements gathering through implementation. Coordinating with technical teams, conducting user acceptance testing, and ensuring smooth rollout of new systems or enhancements.

Experience Required – Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst working with Commercial or Sales teams. Strong understanding of FMCG commercial operations, sales processes, and distribution systems. Experience in fast-paced environments with ability to prioritize competing demands.
